Specializing in incident investigation management, COR audit services, and HSE program development, we are dedicated to one goal: providing the best health and safety management strategies and delivering custom solutions tailored to you, your industry, your culture, and your unique challenges.

We focus on working with clients as an external COR auditor and lead investigator/facilitator for incident investigations with expertise in Root Cause Analysis. Additionally, providing a range of Health and Safety services that include, but are not limited to:

• Advanced Root Cause Analysis of serious, moderate, and lower-risk investigations.

• Certificate of Recognition (COR) Audits.
